Our voices are also instruments and can produce a wide variety of sounds of different frequencies and vibrations.
It does not matter if we can sing or not. We can all produce sounds albeit of different notes, frequencies, etc. We can train ourselves to get better at this too.
Hence, our voice is a healing instrument. A very special and powerful instrument when used with intention as we can project that intention of the vocal sound to parts of our mind and bodies.
Our voice can sometimes reach our heart faster than other instruments so it is a very sensitive yet powerful tool that we are born with.

Hence, we can provide healing through our own vocal sounds.
Puja Sessions
Our Puja session is intended to allow the participant the experience of opening up a conscious aspect of themselves which can tap into their inner wisdom. Deep within us we find the answers and resolutions to illness, disease, discomfort and pain. By delving into not only the words of these mantras, but also the harmonics and vibrations of these pujas, we find introspection. A place where we find peace, grace, humility, clarity and conviction to what we truly believe in. Through regular coherence, one can attract a higher vibratory state and a greater light quotient. Simply meaning you will be able to boldly be a better person with less blocks and dis-ease.
Our sessions are mostly 1-to-1 and can be live and/or recorded.
If you would like to learn to sing them and feel that you cannot do this, we offer vocal training and vocal toning sessions which are an amazing way to tone the best instruments we have on earth, our vocal chords.
